The USA Gymnastics scandal has really rocked my mind. The fact that a doctor, none-the-less the team doctor, molested hundreds of young girls and young women is beyond reason. What is even more beyond reason is the fact that the adults who were to be looking out for their best interest knew about the situation …

A step forward in my recovery from depression, anxiety & PTSD caused by sexual assault is sharing my story with others.

She needs time, like we all do. Time to be OK with being OK. Because sometimes feeling right, after feeling so wrong for so long, is the hardest thing to get used to. -JM Storm
